  • Is the work done on my computer warranted?
    All work done is warranted for 90 days. If you are not satisfied with the work done a technician will come back at no charge and rectify the problem.


  • Can I get phone support from your company?
    Yes if you have questions. Call any number listed in the contact us tab. We will gladly help you with your problem via phone or email


  • What is pickup/drop off service?
    If a technician needs to bring your system in for repairs. We will pick it up and return it at no extra charge.


  • Do you fix printers?
    Yes we fix all HP laserjet printers. Deskjet printers are so inexpensive we suggest buying a new one. Most problems with deskjet printers are usually the cartridges.


  • Do your company except credit cards.
    Yes we accept Master,Visa, Discover. We except company, personal checks and cash. A receipt is given with all work.


  • How much do you charge
    We charge $60.00 per hour. The initial diagnostic is free. Should you decide not to get the computer fix their is no charge. If there is a call where the customer agrees to have the tech bring the computer in for fixing there is a minumum fee of $60.00
